Q1. How to Log-in?
Logging into your Fairplay account is not a long and hard process. Following a simple series of steps gets you into your account with ease. First of all, you must open the Fairplay home page. On the top right of the page, you would see two options: ‘Login’ and ‘Join Now’. The first option is only for registered Fairplay users. Right beside the ‘Login’ button, you will see the ‘Email/Mobile Number’ and ‘Password’ fields respectively. Fill in the details and you would be logged in within seconds.

If, however, you are not a registered Fairplay user yet. You must click ‘Join Now’. This will direct you to the registration form, where you are required to fill in your basic information as asked. There is also a Referral Code option at the end of the form. If you have one – generally passed on by an existing Fairplay user – then you can use it to avail special offers. If you don’t, leave the field as is and proceed to register. Once verified, you can log into your Fairplay account. Q2. How to Make a Deposit?
After logging into your Fairplay account, click on the ‘Deposit Now’ button – located on the top right of the home page – to be able to access the deposits page. You can make your deposits using three different mediums depending upon your convenience and preference. If you would like to deposit through a bank account transfer, select the very option first and then enter the amount. Remember that you have to make a minimum deposit of ₹5,000, while the maximum you can go is ₹5,00,000. After you enter the amount, click ‘Next’ to be able to see the bank account and UPI details. The transfer can be made to any of these. Once the transaction has gone through, upload a screenshot thereof along with the UTR ID. Make sure that the amount entered and the amount transferred match to avoid any inconvenience. The failure to do so may result in the amount being withheld or even a potential account termination on the grounds of cheating.

To make a deposit through Netbanking or a Credit Card, choose the ‘Payment Gateway’ option. Subsequently, fill in the amount you would like to deposit. The minimum amount that is allowed is ₹500, while the maximum amount is ₹5,00,000. In case you would like to make a bigger deposit, please contact the support team. With the amount filled, click ‘Proceed to Pay’ and you would be redirected to the payment portal.

For making a deposit using a cryptocurrency, choose ‘Crypto Transfers’ and click ‘Pay Via Crypto Currency’. There are six options available:

You can choose from among these to make your deposit. There is no minimum or maximum amount set for cryptocurrency.

 

Q3. How to Withdraw?
To make a withdrawal on Fairplay, click on the wallet icon located on the top right of the page. This will lead you to the withdrawal home page. You will see two options: Instant Withdrawal and Withdrawal. An instant withdrawal allows you to process your withdrawal a touch quicker, whereas a general withdrawal is processed at routine pace.

To make a withdrawal using either of the two options, enter the amount you would like to withdraw before proceeding to provide your bank account details. You will receive an OTP before you can fill in your bank account details. Do not share this OTP with anyone else. The account info now provided, your withdrawal will be processed in no time. Referral Bonus
You are eligible for a referral bonus only if you share your referral code with a friend and they use it at the time of making their Fairplay account. Thereafter, you get a 15% bonus on each deposit they make. There is no limit to the number of people you can share the code with.

First Deposit Bonus
